Custom pneumatic robotic end-of-arm tooling
The task was to design a product-specific robotic end-of-arm tool that handles the manufactured part from multiple directions, at precisely defined gripping points.
The design combines standard pneumatic and gripper components with twelve parts engineered specifically for this project. The upper and lower gripper units, mounted on custom main plates, move pneumatically, so the tool grips and releases in line with the part’s geometry.
The design ensures precise, cycle-to-cycle repeatable operation, while the combination of custom structural elements and standard components makes later maintenance easier.
Modular robotic end-of-arm tooling built from standard elements
The task was to design a multi-position robotic end-of-arm tool that enables stable, repeatable handling of several parts during the production cycle.
The solution was built from standard aluminum profiles, mounting elements, pneumatic components and gripper units. Thanks to the modular structure, the position of each gripping point can be adapted to the product and the production environment.
The finished tool is easy to maintain, can be reconfigured when needed, and provides a cost-effective solution for tasks that don’t require a custom-built support structure.

Custom assembly station for auto-tip-up stadium seats
The task was to design a custom workstation that supports the precise, repeatable assembly of stadium seat components.
The mobile assembly table was built with pneumatic clamping units, manual controls and a control cabinet housed under the table. The fixture holds the seat components in the correct position during assembly, so the auto-tip-up mechanism can be assembled and tested safely.
The workstation enables a faster, more consistent assembly process while reducing the risk of errors from inaccurate positioning and manual clamping.
Custom pallet truck for 2400 × 1200 mm loads
The task was to design a transport trolley for moving a 2400 × 1200 millimeter, double-pallet-sized unit within the plant.
The custom welded frame was built to match the load size and the operating environment. The trolley has different-sized front and rear wheels and handling frames on both sides, so the large load can be moved safely by hand.
The solution simplifies in-plant transport of large-footprint loads and replaces standard pallet trucks that aren’t suited to the task.
